The hygienist are extremely nice. I did not like how the doctor was so impersonal. Didn't even say my name. I felt like I was kind of another patient to check off the list and was gone in less than 2 minutes.

Your costs are very high. You are always trying to sell additional services at each appt.

There was also one time where the appt was made in the office, we had the appt card and when my husband went in that day he was told there was no appt in the system nor had there ever been any cancellation. This was very frustrating and made him feel like he did something wrong when it was your company that did.

We are looking to switch dentists due to the many issues and high cost of your company.

I had my first visit here and was extremely impressed! From the girls at the front desk all the way through to the hygienist and the dentist were very pleasant! They were caring and considerate of my needs, also very personable! The office was done in good taste, very comfortable and not a long wait at all. Looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you for helping me on short notice, very much appreciated!

My last visit, the Dentist said I needed fillings replaced, new crowns and my wisdom teeth pulled ( I have 3 and have never had any problems with them) which they proceeded to tell me "when you get older they will cause you problems" . WELL When I told him how old I was ( 59) he said "oh you do not look that old!! " Right them I knew Midwest was trying to get me to agree to unnecessary procedures . EXTRA cash in their pocket.

I still agreed to 2 of the 4 filling / 1crown replacement he suggested because they are older . I was told it would be some time before I received pre- auth from the Insurance company. Well .. I never did receive it and I did not call about it because I was planning on dropping them.. Today I finally dropped them after receiving my notice for next Cleaning appt.

I also felt that the cleaning was not up to par with my precious Dr's office.

I have talked to other people and they tell me they heard the same thing about Midwest. Sorry Stay away look for another office to go to..
