Your costs are very high. You are always trying to sell additional services at each appt.
There was also one time where the appt was made in the office, we had the appt card and when my husband went in that day he was told there was no appt in the system nor had there ever been any cancellation. This was very frustrating and made him feel like he did something wrong when it was your company that did.
We are looking to switch dentists due to the many issues and high cost of your company.
