Midwest Dental in Neenah is wonderful! From the time you walk in the front door to be greeted by Susie and the other front desk staff, to the assistants and hygienists and the dentists, everyone is kind, friendly, and skilled at their jobs. They make a person feel welcomed and comfortable, and knowing that they will receive exceptional dental care.

I am disappointed that I was charged for gluing in a crown that came loose after just over a year of having the crown put in. I have had temporary filings last longer. I thought crowns where a permanent thing since they cost so much to install. My time waiting in the chair was longer than the service I received. My wife and I have a lot of work to be done on our teeth, quite possibly by another dentist.

Midwest Dental Neenah replied:

Good experience at Midwest Dental Neenah. Great cleaning, x-rays taken in the same room, and friendly hygienist. Will return in six months!

I received very good care.

I had several teeth capped at Midwest Dental. I now have cavities under two capped teeth. The cap has to be cut off, cavity filled, a root canal, and another cap installed. For the two $4000 plus I already have $2500 in the original caps. There is no way I am going to invest that much money in 2 teeth. Good bye Midwest Dental!
