Listen to your patients when they say something. I felt completely ignored. When I wrote to tell you how I felt, your response was unacceptable. I have talked to people since my appointment and they said your staff changes a lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had our cleaning and exam done, and as usual, Diona greeted us with her exuberant style, and Kathy cleaned our teeth, impeccably, and instructed us on the gum care. We also met the new Dentist, who was soft-spoken and gentle. I'll know him better, when I have my chipped filling repaired. It is always a pleasure dealing with these marvelous folks at Midwest Dental, in New Glarus.
