I've been a customer for years with no problems. But I won't go back anymore. Nor will I recommend Mike's Auto Service. Brought my truck in to find an antifreeze leak. I was charged $86 and told the mechanic found the leak on one of the hoses going into the heater core under the hood. I had asked what was wrong with the hose since it was newly installed about one and a half yeats ago. I was told it was rotted at the end connected to the heater core and that the mechanic cut it off and tightened it back up. Tthe next day I noticed antifreeze on the ground under the truck -- and it continued to leak every day. I took my truck to another mechanic who told me he found the leak coming from the heater element on the side of the engine block. He also told me that he examined the end of the hose connected to the heater core which the first mechanic had alledgedly repaired and told me nothing had been done to it.

I have been going to Mike’s for the last 10 plus years. I am very confident that whatever I take to Mike’s, when I pick it up it will be done right. Several years ago I bought a 20 year old Suburban. I took it to Mike’s to go through it - the bill was way less than I expected and I left on a 3,400 mile trip to Alaska and had no problems. I trust everything they do for me.
