Mikes Auto Clinic was great! My A/C had not been working for a couple of years and when I had taken it to another shop last year, they were going to replace a bunch of parts and charge me for basically a new system. The guys at Mikes Auto Clinic checked out my system, replaced a couple of valves and had me out the door the same day with working A/C for a fraction of the cost of the other guys. No need to replace parts that serviceable. The best part is they warranty the work they did for two years or 24,000 miles!

Work was done on time. Crew of people were helpful. However, after driving my automobile to and from work, there is a noise after starting the engine that is a high pitch noise. The high pitch noise does not go away until after driving down the road a bit. This noise continues to present itself every time I start the engine. Sometimes it presents itself when I am driving or when I stop at a stop light. Why is there a high pitch noise from the engine or where ever since the radiator hoses have been replaced?
All in all ... the service was good. Just have a complaint about the high pitch noise I am hearing when I start the engine.

They were excellent. I was in a real bind when my passenger side window all of a sudden wouldn't go up or down & was half open. Facing a trip back to Nevada, not to mention lack of security my hotel found Mike's Auto Clinic close to where I was staying. I called, talked to Jesse who assured me it was possible to get it fixed that day. Brought it in by 11 a.m. & again Jesse helped get it taken care of. I waited in their customer waiting area & they had me fixed up & on my way by noon. Totally professional, courteous and efficient. Am a AAA Member so also appreciated the discount & the price was livable (not all car repairs are). Can't say enough about my experience. I have already recommended them to the lady who helped me out at the hotel. Thank you Jesse & the folks who took care of my vehicle. Awesome job!!!!
