Made an appointment for a pool opening. No one ever showed up and I was never contacted. Called company back to arrange another appointment and they never got back to me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Would never recommend or use again!

Mill Bergen is the most reliable company in pools I ever met. Their professional staff is outstanding. I would recommend them for sure!

Very disappointing. Yes, they are the only service in the area with a physical store location, but their customer service, reliability and attitude toward this customer was almost non existent !

After waiting 2 days for their guys to show up, calling and getting no return calls as promised, I went over to their store and was handed an "attitude" from the manager. I "fired" them and got my deposit back.

NOTE - there are other pool services that cover this area, sorry, I won't be able to refer any business to your company. Actually, I would steer my contacts away form your company

Your office team has been professional to work with, Thank you. As planned I was not with the workers when they were here. I trust that the skimmer was installed properly and if not that you will easily return to rectify. The workers made a very big big mistake that must not be allowed to happen. They left the gate to my yard opened. They should have closed the gate and locked it. This should be your policy. The first time you serviced my pool I requested the gate be closed and locked, It was closed, not locked, Thank you.

I'm not one to be negative, but my first experience with Bergen Pools nvolved an inaccurate estimate that was $100 higher when I received the written estimate. The company never came out to assess what needed to be done. The said I needed repairs and this was drama. I regret not insisting on an assessment since it left me open to a lot of aggravation in dealing with this company.

My second experience involved two no shows for appointments, then being told there are no guarantees that someone would get the work done in the time frame suggested by Mill Bergen. I get this, it's summer, it's busy but come on, if you make an appointment stick to it. On a positive note, Mill Bergen made good on this by supplying me with a portable pump for 24 hours so my son could have a party.

Their pool service people, however are very nice.

My most recent experience involved being scolded, no yelled at by management for needing to install an extra pump. This was somthing their service people who has actually came to the house told me I needed to do. (in the end the pump wasn't installed because Mill Bergen made me feel as if I was wasting their time).

As a customer I feel there was a general lack of good customer service. Hopefully in the end it will all work out. I'm not sure I would recommend Mill Bergen to my friends.

I am very unhappy with Bergen pool, I am waiting for a response (call back) concerning a leak from the connections of the filter. The connection need to be tighten.

The communication is terrible .
