This was the first time I was allowed inside the exam room with my cat Scooter since before the pandemic (3 years). Scooter had his annual wellness exam for a senior cat, was weighed, examined, had blood drawn and received his rabies shot that was due. Scooter was handled gently and didn't fidget or squirm during the whole process. Dr. Turowsky called late afternoon and left a voice mail with the results of Scooter's bloodwork. Everything went well. It was an excellent experience.

I've been a client of Dr. Ha for several years and have nothing but praises for the experience. Foremost, she's exceptionally skilled and gentle, which makes each visit as pleasant as one can expect at a dentist. She talks me through the process to keep me informed of what will be done and why it's important. She's a caring provider and went the extra distance in case of urgent needs. Her staff are friendly and professional plus the entire office is always clean and bright. Overall, a solid 5 star for Dr. HA.

Prior to my visit, I had pretty much given up on the health care system, I had accepted that I will most likely spend what's left of my life in pain. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to everyone I encountered at The Diamond institute specifically Dr Ndidi. For the first time in the years I ve dealt with chronic pelvic pain, I felt seen, I felt heard. She spent more time talking to me than all the Dr's I ve encountered in my past combined. I ve dealt with this for 26 years so theres been a lot of Drs. Dr Ndidi is compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive. She took the time to go over my history. She took the time to review my last MRI explaining what every word meant, something that the Dr's that ordered it did not border to do even when I asked. She carefully explained all my options detailing the negative and positive of each approach. Dr Ndidi is one of a kind. I didn’t think Dr's like her still existed. I also want to call out Tiffany, the nurse that took my vitals and kept me laughing through my tears. The road ahead will be difficult. But my visit gave me hope that I haven't had in a long time. I don't write reviews but I had to do this one. To everyone at the diamond Institute, thank you! Pls keep doing what you are doing. The world needs more facilities like this.
