I came home from work on Friday and noticed that Ellie ( our little Boston) was in great pain. We had moved into the area around 3 months ago and had yet to find a vet. We had seen the facility several times driving by and decided to take the chance and go there. Even though we did not have an appointment and it was within an hour of their closing time they were very kind and caring to Ellie and treated us as if we were long time customers. We have several other animals and will continue to go see Dr. Ellis as Ellie just loved her and that is the best recommendation we could ask for!

Boomer was in for a shot and it was received and given by a vet tech. In the past there was 2 techs, one to hold him and one to administer the shot. Yesterday there was only one and she was trying to hold him and give the shot, well the needle came out when he shook a little and she had to reinsert it. Not good, for him or me. I dislike seeing him having to be poked twice.
