My experience at millennium was very poor. I made an appointment for 2:00 and the front desk ladies messed it up and I had to rush in at 12:45. I felt my appointment was rushed due to their mistake. I also did not get the quality of nails that I paid for. I was charged extra for blue sparkle tips and I don't have any blue on my sns nails. Actually my nails are clear and plain. I have to go to another salon to have them fixed this after I spent $60 on a rushed nail job. Very dissatisfied

Ive now come here twice for my hair and once for a mani pedi and I have loved all three experiences. Great service and good quality products. They really take the time to do things right. I ll definitely be back.

Well, as a long time client, today was my very first non- positive experience. I made an appointment online, even with my favorite person. It was confirmed. When I arrived, I was told he was with another client and I did not make a request. I showed the receptionist my email confirmation, she said he was booked solid and would not be able to accommodate. However they had someone else. I had been looking forward to this Mother's Day treat and I said that's fine. Never an apology for the mix up or anything. I also understand computer mix ups can happen but I'm still disappointed. I'm used to the Millennium receptionists being much more client friendly. She was not. Paula did my pedicure, it was okay, but not the normal Millennium quality. My nails are not straight and the polish is not consistent on half of my toes. She had to redo one toe three times in order to get it almost right. There is also polish outside of my nail bed on over half my toes,this is why I come see the professionals. Although I'm disappointed with this trip, I certainly can appreciate how busy the spa is on Mother's day weekend. I'm hoping better luck and back to normal next time. I will recommend service to friends based off past experiences.

After coming to your spa for several years now, I have never left feeling so satisfied! Ken was amazing! I have several gift cards and I can't wait to come back and ask for him! He did just what I requested, and I didn't feel rushed to leave.
