Overall my mother and I's experience was above average. We were brought back timely and our cosmeticians did a fantastic job. What I would like to give feedback about is the scheduling process online. Every time I attempt to make a double appointment for both my mother and myself for the same time slots I cannot do this online, and I always end up calling. Mind you I do not mind calling, but sometimes while I am at work it is way easier to log in and make an appointment online than call. Overall Millennium both Midtown and Bannerman are the ONLY places my mother and I go in town, you guys are the best. Thank you

Our online system is great for our guests. If you are not able to book something, it means that service or technician is not available as they may be off that day or already booked.
We sell out very quickly, so in the event this happens, you must call the Spa directly, so we can see what is available, or if we can move anything.
