I made my appointment 3 weeks ago with Phillip because he is wonderful. When I arrivedI was told that I was not showing as having an appt. I was advised the computer system had changed and did not carry my appt. over. I was extremely disappointed as I was leaving town for a wedding. I was accommodated by another technician who did a good job I was just disappointed to not have Philip who I booked the appointment with.
Thank you for your feedback. We have switched to a new system to better serve our guests, and it will take some getting used to as it is not a fast process. A lot of Appts did not transfer so we are dealing with it the best we can. Please bear with us during this time as we upgrade our system and grow bigger and better. For the first time in a long time I did not enjoy my service. My nail tech was more concerned about running late for his next appointment than completing my service. I was not late for my appointment but because of a circumstance with my nails it took longer than expected. I understand how important it is to stick to scheduled appointments but I am a good customer and sometimes things happen beyond control. I have waited on appointments when others run a little late and have been courteous. He apologized but I left feeling a bit awkward about it. I still love Millennium Salon and will continue coming.

We had an amazing time..We booked the entire salon for my daughter's wedding nail night. Everything went perfectly from toes to nails. Tracy, Phillip, Ven, Tony and Tina went out of their way to make sure that we were having the time of our life... Many thanks!!!
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Walton for more than 20 years, and I have never had a single complaint or instance of dissatisfaction. From the calls to schedule and confirm appointments, to the front office staff, to the skilled hygienists, and to Dr. Walton himself, the practice is probably the best run health care operation I have ever been associated with, of any kind. The patient's time is valued, the care is outstanding, and the equipment/options are always being updated to the best that is available. In my view, Dr. Walton's practice should be used as a model for how such a service should be run.
