Gary is a great communicator so nothing is shrouded in vague generalities . He made sure I knew exactly what I needed and would receive in the work his competent mechanics did on my air conditioner and my brakes, he kept in touch through the process, and the work was done right away. I am pleased to have finally found an excellent place to take my car and I would highly recommend Miller Auto care to friends and family.

I came in to have a 100 thousand mile tune up. Miller auto care called me in and my engine was all taken apart and then informed me it would cost $2,000 to put it back together correctly with the needed parts or $1,000 to put it together with a bunch of parts that need replaced and will continue to malfunction. Funny because I didn't know anything was wrong when I brought it in I just wanted to be diligent in service for my rig. The rig did not run any better or worse when I received it back from my $2,000 tune up. I feel as though Miller Auto Care took me for a lot of money and I will never return!

Chris, I am sorry that you are upset with our shop...We never tear down engines without prior written estimates & approval by clients...This is an Oregon law...Your statement that we did that, is just not the truth...After reviewing your repairs 14 months ago on 4/02/2013..I found your written request sheet upon your arrival at our shop, that showed engine was running rough, check engine light was on, cruise control problems, request to repair oil & coolant leaks, wheel alignment, plus oil & filter change, 100000 mile automatic transmission service...We also gave you a 24000 Mile 2 year Napa Warranty for labor & parts...I also found your written consent for all the repairs noted on repair bill...We followed the written estimate & also gave you a $205.00 new client discount off of the final bill well under our written & approved estimate..I am so sorry for your delayed confusion...If you have any problems with your past vehicle repairs, you should still have Napa Warranty available... I have never visited an

auto reparir shop like Miller.

they were thorough and paid attention to what I said and fixed ALL the problems with my truck so there would be no problems later on.
