The staff has gotten to know our dog and his quirks, and therefore how to best work with him.

Our cat was in serious difficulty. Dr. Devlin and the staff nursed him back. We really appreciated how Dr. Devlin kept us informed and made sure that we knew how to continue care at home.

I've taken Fatty twice to get his nails trimmed and both times just some have been trimmed. On Fri we advised you of this and my daughter spoke with a gentleman regarding this, asking if perhaps a sedative could be given as they are very long. He told her yes. I go pick him up and was told only the back could be done as he was scared. I said this is twice I've brought him and still all nails were not trimmed. No comment from staff.

Zoe gets excited when she jumps from the car and realizes we are visiting with you guys! To me that is awesome. I know your friendly to me but for my dog to not cower and feel scared is a great testimony to how gentle and friendly the staff treats peoples pets. I use the vet services as well as boarding services. After boarding her for a few days I wondered if she would be timid for her next vet visit thinking she was being left for another weekend, but she was still happy and excited to be there 2 days ago when I took her in for an exam. I also appreciate the coupons. You guys are wonderful !

I took a almost 2 hr drive to bring my dog in to be seen as I didn't know if he needed surgery or if he was dying and I had no one to go with me. I based my decision based on their website that I felt was very informative to the things on my mind and what my beautiful dog may or may not need (he is a Boston Terrier and they do not do well with being put to sleep due to their snouts) and decided my dog of course is with the drive and I knew he could make the trip as he was still eating and drinking and walking.

I pulled up and found the building and grounds very well maintained and pretty. I enter in and checked in and it was very open and inviting waiting area/check in desk and everyone there are friendly, helpful and professional.

The vet tech was wonderful! The poor man listened to me go on and on about how important my dog is to me and why. I asked a million questions and he helped, listened, and was patient with me and pleasant.

The Vet came in and she also answered my million questions and pretty much the same as the vet tech was told. The Vet was very informative and thorough even gave me an email to send in video of any other happening with my dog who by the way is doing much better he has a upper respiratory infection and waiting on blood work to come in yet.

I just want to say thank you to you all and it meant alot to me.

I definitely would recommend Millhopper Veterinary Medical Center!!! A+
