Service is always friendly--Dr. Levi and Talia are great. The only negative part, if you call it that, would be how many different hygienists (3) have cleaned my teeth in less than a year. They dispense varying advice and it's usually nice going to someone you are familiar/comfortable with their technique.

Gave me a quote but their printer was broken. Receptionist said they would email my quote to me. Zero follow up. I emailed a few times asking for a copy of my quote. No answer. How can I give you my business if you never respond back?

If you're lucky enough to get JoJo, it'll be a great visit.
My lips were dry and cracking, so keeping them open for a cleaning and exam is uncomfortable. He saw that and threw some lip balm on there, making the process bearable. JoJo was also really good about talking me through every single step, as well as reminding me that the newest iteration on brushing means you brush in the direction of the tooth growth to save the gums.
Finally, he had me **sanitarily** try out the new Oral B electric toothbrush, which gives you feedback when you're pressing too hard against your teeth.
What a great experience! I hope I get him next time.
