Douglas L. Gervais, M.D. and Richard H. Tholen, M.D. are co-owners of Minneapolis Anti-Aging and Skin Clinic (formerly Carillon Clinic, Ltd.), a medically-based and physician-supervised skin and body care clinic that began as an extension of their Plastic Surgery Center in 1997. At Minneapolis Skin Clinic, we feel the best work is natural and will remind you of what you used to see in the mirror.

Our Golden Valley, Woodbury, and Maple Grove locations are full service medical spas, where we specialize in skin tightening, microlaser peels, Rx skin care products, injections, hair removal and more. In 2016, we opened a brand new location in Woodbury, MN, that offers clients another convenient location for Minneapolis Skin Clinic services!
