This my first time at the Minnieville Animal Hospital, I took my dog for well check up and shots. When I arrive at the hospital, I stood there for over 15 minutes before I was ask for assistant. Not too friendly and the room is small. Will not going back.
Firstly, we want to apologize sincerely that you were not immediately addressed upon entering the building. We train all of our receptionists to acknowledge everyone who walks through the door, even if they are on the phone and making eye contact, to ensure all of our clients feel welcomed. We are sad to hear this as this is definitely in contrast of what we stand for and most of our clients will agree that our main compliment is how friendly our staff is. I know you want to be anonymous, but we would love to hear directly from you to know who it was you spoke with so we can immediately address this concern. Also, regarding the room size, we are aware that their could be more space in the rooms. The new owner who has been here for 10 years is currently getting quotes for internal renovations to allow for better flow and comfort in the waiting room and exam rooms. Once again we have had Jessica groom our 2 cats, and once again she has done a marvelous job. We ask her to give our Maine Coon brothers a #2 shave, which is very very short (pre-shave, their fur is approx 4 inches long
and grows back crazy quickly). Jessica listens intently to what we want and is thorough and very careful; never have we found even the slightest nick in our boys' skin. An important note, and one we feel is so important: The young ladies at the counter are kind and attentive and efficient. They know their jobs well and help install confidence that the business is being run well by people who care about their clients. We are very pleased with our experiences with Minnieville Animal Hospital.

I expected the worst; Dr. Yong diagnosed only a bacterial infection.Very thorough, informative, compassionate-while-being-professional. Though my pet isn't out of the woods, in the two days since visiting and being diagnosed, there's a remarkable improvement (appetite without vomiting afterwards, displaying normal behavior prior to illness).
