It took more than 3 weeks to get a team to come fix the leaking solar panels. Poor communication back on when they would be able to fix solar. I had a maintenance contract as well.

Once they showed up, job was done in less than 20 min.

John the service manager was honest, truthful, spoke his mind and didn't mess around when it came to schedule -- he said it was a busy time and he would do his best to get us done quick as he could and he did. I am looking forward to working with you guys more in the future
