There were a lot of patients waiting and I anticipated that we would be waiting forever however that was not the case. Mittleman Eye has their processes down and there was not much waiting at all. The Dr., nurses, and other professionals were just that, professional and friendly. We are looking forward to going back for our next appointment.

This is not how we run our business and can only think that the behavior is something one of our newer opticians brought with them from their last practice.
