Awful! I went in for a color. I scheduled the appointment with a senior colorist, Kim Bingham, who specialized in color because I wanted the results to be great! I brought a picture and asked her if she could achieve the look. She assured me she could. The result was NOTHING like the picture. I reached out to her via her cell and also called the salon 2 days after my service and informed them that I was not happy with the color – it was much darker blond than I wanted and nothing like the picture I brought. I didn’t receive a call back from her until a week and a half later. She told me that she would certainly redo my hair and when I asked what my options were, she told me I would have to pay an additional $260 on top of the $260 + tip I initially spent on the color. Of course, I didn't go back. It was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had at any salon. It's really too bad because I went there one time before and got my hair cut by Eric and he was GREAT!
The salon's policy states:
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your services we ask for the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you. Services must be booked with the original stylist within two weeks from the original service date."
They do not honor this policy.
