Love it. The staff is so personable and fun and the classes will totally kick your booty -- into shape! The trainers are super smart and cater the classes to your needs. For example I have a weak back and a torn calf muscle and they helped me to modify the programs. They even sent me home with some daily exercises that will help my back -- and it has helped. Great place.
