Went to a man at Blonde wasn't happy with the color it was reddish toned with a ashy blond, I had asked for honey blond, so I went back and asked for more blond to be put around my face, I was very polite about it, he seemed mad I came back and preceded to put blond in my bangs left it on so long while he went outside and smoked cigs, it burnt so bad, fried my hair, looked awful and he charged a fortune! I had to go back to another salon to get it fixed and spend even more money! It was sad!
