One night my furnace went out and wouldn't reset so I had no heat that very cold night. The next morning I called Modern and spoke to Patrick. He was very pleasant and was able to schedule an appointment for me with Andrew that same morning. Andrew was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. His inspection report clearly and precisely described his diagnosis of the problem and offered 2 options to solve it. He also answered all of my questions. My only criticism of the report is that I would've liked to also see a description of what he actually did to diagnose the problem. I haven't had any work done yet because I'm still deciding which action to take.
Mark, the tech who serviced our furnace and a/c, was extremely thorough and courteous. This was the first service for us on existing equipment in a just purchased condo. Mark took the time to explain everything about the various parts of the 2 systems and how they work.
We are confident that if either the a/c or furnace require additional service we will receive the same outstanding service from Modern Heating and Air Conditioning.
