Starting from the young lady who scheduled my appointment. What great customer service skills. Patient and willing to accommodate me. The day of the appointment, she contacted me to say, my appointment would be delayed, which was ok. It was the communication that worked for me. Victor, the technician was great. He was in communication with me, confirming the appointment and letting me know he would be leaving soon and would arrive at my home, by a certain time. Once in my home, he worked on the AC unit and allowed me to asks as many questions, as needed and explained the process of the job. I would highly recommend Modern Heating. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Entire project went very smooth as Tom explained very well on timeline and what to expect through this installation. Christen and Ben work very hard in first two days. They really helped us as, we missed to clean up some pre installation set up.
I want to really give High 5s to TIm, Matt, and Aman on completing the installation and making sure house is cool and ready for us before they leave.. I am also sharing this on google and local norwalk community chat.
