I visited 8 months ago and was overcharged. When the office was informed of this, they refused to refund my money until they received money from the insurance company first, even though they weren't supposed to have charged me the amount they did in the first place. Months later, the office acknowledged overcharging me but they only refunded me half of what I was owed. The office recently cashed a check for the other half (I don't know WHY the check was sent to them, when I was the one overcharged), and the office is supposed to then send that payment to me. They have not done so yet.
