I was referred to them by a friend after asking for a fair-priced dentist. Instead, this place quoted me upwards of $10,000 for exigent work, said my insurance didn’t cover any of it (I checked, it does), refused to provide a written estimate breaking down the cost, and then stopped responding to me. If this is work that needs to be done asap, why would you charge an exorbitant amount making it impossible for any person to afford? Additionally why would you ghost a patient simply for saying they didn’t have access to that kind of money?? Rude and unprofessional.

Hello anonymous, this must be a serious miscommunication. We are in business of educating patients on their dental health and help find ways to afford dental care. It is not our policy to "ghost" patients.
As to insurance coverage, these are very tricky topics as you may find that the insurance company tells you one thing and when you submit the actual claim they deny it and leave you with a large bill. We prefer to not do business in such ways, and would prefer to prepare our clients for the worse case scenario in the likely event the insurance companies provided you with false or misleading information as to what is covered and what is not.
