Dr. Shaik has excellent skills. And he was very professional in dealing with a patient. The front desk staff are amiable ans helpful. The dental assistant was very kind and caring.

On my return home 5/23/22 I reviewed your "Statement of Services Rendered" and it reflects that I paid $140.00 toward current charges of $114.00 leaving my account with a $26.00 credit balance. I certainly hope this is incorrect because the payment was made using a CHP Medicare Advantage debit card and this looks like fraud to me.
