Staff is excellent and kind as always. However they clearly need more training and guidance with the new computer system. Registration took an extra 10-15 min because of signing new forms (and I'm not a new patient), and I was not able to get an itemized receipt for my payment. They were unable to print it out the same day and stated they would email me the receipt after they figured out the printing issue, but I do not have a receipt yet. No one could help the person who was trying to print out a receipt for me, and none of her colleagues really could help her either. The staff was very apologetic, but stated things like this new computer is slower than the old system,-which makes me wonder why the switch was done. Hopefully the kinks will be ironed out as the care is great.
