My appointment was early morning, and I might have been 1st or 2nd patient. Staff were happy and relaxed, under no noticeable pressure. i was in for monitoring eye pressure/Glaucoma and results of a new pressure reducing eye drops med I was taking. I was seen by Jesus for vision and preliminary pressure test, then by Dr. Shi who did a follow up pressure check and results were very positive. Dr. Shi discussed several options for treatment in the event the pressure increased. I find her to be very knowledgeable, competent, and great at explaining things. She is also very personable. I am pleased with Monterey Bay Eye Center, and so is my wife. We are somewhat new to this area and have been patients of MB Eye Center for just under a year.
