Too many shots of same tooth taken. Instructor informed student after the x-rays that a smaller fixture could have been used and fewer x-rays taken. It was very uncomfortable and my mouth is very sore today.

The student did her best and I understand this is an ongoing learning experience for her. I feel it would have been more beneficial to her and myself if the instructor had guided her more in the beginning of the x-rays process.

I think the students are very well-mannered pretty up when they're training hands on does help but the teacher should be in the room when they are putting the thing in your mouth for the x-rays to make sure that they are using the right stuff for the x-rays but the students are pretty good it will take time I know for them to do the job right all the time it will take them time to do that even people that do things on the job for years slip up sometimes.

Very attentive to my comfort, made ajustments as needed. Appreciated the low cost. The student hygienist was very pleasant and explained her need to do exam along with getting history and xrays. Would have appreciated her introducing herself.

Absolutely terrible! I was in the chair for 2 hours and 15 minutes to have X-rays done. They over do it big time.
