My first appointment was professional, compassionate. I was seeking sedation for the first time, and was treated with respect. The staff and Dr. Monti made the experience as comfortable as possible.
The follow up treatment I received at the Seminole Office by front office staff, Dental assistant, AND Doctor(s)staff was painful, stressful and unprofessional. (However, the Seminole office Hygienist that I saw for a scheduled cleaning was compassionate and gentle!)
The last appointment in New Port Richey was the worst experience for my self and my husband who was pressured to agree to a procedure that had not been discussed with me and was performed while I was under sedation. I had called 2X the day before to discuss and never received a call back. Payment for the unannounced procedure was required that day even though we had a credit balance on our account.
I called the NPR office days after my procedure in extreme pain and I asked about a follow up appointment and I was told by Dr. Monti's assistant "No follow up is necessary". Did not care, did not ask how I was doing.
I sought treatment from another Oral Surgeon for infection. This practice has good intentions but has grown too large and has lost sight of their business model. I will not go back and yes, they still owe us a refund.
