I was greeted and helped immediately with our first visit. The facility was nice and very clean. All employees were friendly to me and our pet. I loved our new vet, Dr Kerry Webster, and so did our dog! Great first visit!

Emily and Shaun at the front desk are very caring and compassionate. They go out out their way to help. Remiri did an outstanding job of explaining options for Ruby's allergies. He is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the Montrose staff and Dr. Matthews.

The team here provides excellent care for my dogs. The entire team, from the reception team, to the techs, boarding staff, and veterinarians, are knowledgeable and caring people. I trust care of our beloved pets to Montrose Animal Hospital.

I am very disappointed in our last visit to Montrose. Our dog needed her updates. I told the receptionist, sent an email, and was even on speaker phone with a vet tech while my husband was there that all I wanted her to have done is her rabies shot and heart guard. I told the practice 3 times that is what I wanted. That is not what happened they gave her $450 worth of medicine including $48 for Benadryl and $96 for prednisone and I wasn’t aware of either.

The staff was not comfortable working with dogs, She got nervous with my dog who did not show any aggression but sitting in the corner. What they did made my dog more stressed that it should have been. that was not the right job for her at a vet.

Everyone was so nice and seemed to honestly care about Wally’s well being. I just know he had an enjoyable time.
