We showed up at 9:00 for a 9:30 appt and I was seen at 9:50, only after my father went and asked how long. They acted like I was already in the exam room and he informed them I was still sitting in the waiting area. Can you explain that? I'm a student and can't really afford to miss extra time like that. Dad likes your service and care other than that...
Anna, we sincerely apologize for your wait time. Thank you for the information on where we can improve our service. Please know that our office strives to provide each patient with the best possible care, and sometimes that requires extra time that we may not be aware of at the time of the appointment scheduling. We will continue to work on communicating any anticipated wait time to our patients, and again, we are sorry that this courtesy was not given to you. Please feel free to contact our office with any other questions or concerns. We look forward to our continued relationship with you, and will always strive to serve you and your vision care needs.
My experience and Monument Vision Clinic was excellent. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful and kind. The technician who helped me was great. Dr. Watt was my attending optometrist, and he was very personable and professional. He did an awesome job.
All clinic personnel were friendly and professional and responded quickly and efficiently to my eye trauma emergency. I particularly want to thank DR. Puckett for his thorough examination to determine the damage to my eye & his very effective treatment, which resulted in full recovery of my vision. He has my full recommendation.
Staff was all very positive and upbeat and proactive in getting my appointment scheduled. It took awhile to get in and there was no paper overview that I could add to my sons files about where his deficits where and how significant they were. Would really be helpful to have a print out of this information when dealing with the schools.
