I walked in and Laura immediately put us in a room. Dr Smith addressed all of my concerns prior to getting tooth removal of Vaca. He was very patient in explaining in detail the risks of surgery as well as alternatives. They sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds to offer Vaca the comfort of getting out of pain. They were all so nice and helpful. Laura went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before I decide on surgery. Leaving there I felt there were no unanswered questions. Now I feel I can proceed forward in my decision with the knowledge I received.

I've been with this Vet Clinic for about 28 years, and many dogs and cats later. I have always felt my animal companions have gotten the best of care. I've seen this clinic start out with just Dr Schwartz and grow into a big clinic with the most up to date equipment and facilities. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Moorpark Vet Hospital in a heartbeat.

Loved it! The enviroment was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first visit and they were great with my puppy. She was a bit nervous at first and they calmed her down by their friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this company and Dr. Smith.

We were very pleased with the veterinarian and staff regarding the care of our 18 year old cat. The hour we waited was well worth the time. Thank you!

Now if the 15 minute wait time to pay the bill was addressed, things would be much better for our visit. We went to the desk trying to pay the bill while staff attended to the needs of our cat and we were told the billing information was not ready, when the attendant came through the door with our cat, we waited another 15 minutes to settle the bill. Maybe the questions of clients on the phone could wait until the people in front of the counter had their needs met.
