We were very pleased with the veterinarian and staff regarding the care of our 18 year old cat. The hour we waited was well worth the time. Thank you!
Now if the 15 minute wait time to pay the bill was addressed, things would be much better for our visit. We went to the desk trying to pay the bill while staff attended to the needs of our cat and we were told the billing information was not ready, when the attendant came through the door with our cat, we waited another 15 minutes to settle the bill. Maybe the questions of clients on the phone could wait until the people in front of the counter had their needs met.
