The financial administrator Pat told me back in April that my insurance would not approve my next treatment unless I had a deep cleaning. That was false. She also told me that I required two crowns according to the doctor in order to successfully close the gap between my molars. That was also false. Pat said she would call when the insurance was approved. She did not. I had to call her, after which I called three times before she would make the appointment. Otherwise the doctors and dental staff are great! They have treated me well and gave me good honest advice. Thank you!
