I agree with you 100% and share in your frustration with wasting your valuable time. I am glad to see that you understand that with just 1 Doctor, it is hard to plan for a walk- in emergency and that if it were beautiful little Kayla, you would want her seen immediately also. Sometimes we get so caught up in the emergency that we don't realize how fast time has passed by. We will discuss ways on how to avoid this situation at our next staff meeting. There are all kinds of excuses that can be made but I would rather find a way to solve this problem. Any suggestions from you or any of our wonderful clientele would be most appreciated!
