Dr Greg is marvelous, he is attentive, listens to your issues & gets right on to helping you in whatever needs to be done. The ladies in his office are wonderful & make you feel at ease I Highly recommend them. Unfortunately on the other side if the office My experience Less so. If there is a an issue with your glasses, they will only cover 90 days to correct the problem, even if the mistake was theirs, less accommodating.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate you taking the time. Our warranty on frames and lenses is two years for defects or breakage. Ninety days is the limit put on us by insurance companies and their labs we are obligated to use in order to remake a prescription. Unfortunately, insurance companies dictate which products we can sell and which labs we can use but also what lengths of warranties are for their products.

Dr. Amy and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Amy let me know about possible high blood pressure so I will be checking that out with my doctor. It’s nice to have caring people that help you with whole body health just by looking into your eyes. They say eyes are the windows to the soul, I guess there is more to that saying. :) Josh was also helpful with helping me pick out glasses to correct my astigmatism when wearing contacts. Thank you, Josh.

Patient for over 10 years. Historically good experience. There is a fine line between provider efficiency and patient feeling rushed. This time it fell on the side of me, the patient, feeling rushed .I updated my prescription and I’ll be back to follow up with my concerns.

The entire staff's style with my Autistic son was amazing. Carmen walked him through what to expect, was patient, and was able to encourage him to complete all the steps of the evaluation. Dr. Amy's exam was thorough, she explained her findings, and educated me on what to expect. She could have pushed for vision therapy but didn't recognizing my son wasn't able to sit still long enough to benefit (yet). Overall incredibly pleased!
