Thank you so much for your feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve. We do apologize that you felt rushed and did not feel properly heard with the need/reasoning to leave with your hair wet. Our hope is that every client feels relaxed and refreshed when it is time for their appointment. All our cut prices include a consultation, shampoo, cut and blow dry with a round brush, and is not an al a carte menu with haircuts. Our desire is to never have our clients leave with their hair wet. We understand that clients have tight schedules and may need to get to their next appointment if they are not able to have their hair blow dried/styled out. Should you opt to not have your hair blow dried as you had requested, it is still the same price.
