I had a great first experience at the salon and loved my blow out. However this experience was soured when I was paying for my services. I was told a price that was more expensive than what I was told on the phone when I booked my appointment. When I asked why, I was told it was because of my long hair and they needed to upcharge me. I completely understand being upcharged however I explained that when I called earlier that morning I specifically asked if they upcharged for longer hair and was told that they absolutely do not. The woman at the desk then went to ask someone for me and came back and said she doesn’t know who I spoke to on the phone but that there was nothing they could do. I’m very shocked at how this was handled because I have also worked in customer service and as a first time client I would have expected that the salon honor what I was told on the phone. The staff needs to be on the same page if they are going to tell customers one thing and do another.

Lauren took the time to listen. She explained everything she was going to do taking into consideration what I didn't like currently about my hair. She was all business, which I like, and very into what she was doing, which I appreciated. Staff courteous and friendly. Staff smiling at me as they passed me. ❤️
