How serendipitous to have 'happened upon' M Salon in Lake Mary! Have lived in area for years, am on Town Park Ave. regularly for groceries, take-out, shopping, etc., and had never even noticed that this salon was there (and had been open for 6 months)! As a new client, was scheduled with Nick for color and cut/style. In more ways than one, Nick provided exceptional, 'above and beyond' customer service; not only did my hair look fantastic, but his professional manner & engagement during my appointment had a very calming, grounding effect on me (a stark contrast from over a year of non-stop drama & trauma in my life (2 deaths in immediate family, home invasion & burglary, several post-burglary moves, trying to recover from injuries sustained in car accident last fall, etc., etc.). His human relations skills are superb, his talent & skill as a master stylist superb, the depth of his Aveda product knowledge impressive, but moreover, his passion for his work apparent and sincere. I was also privy to observe how the ENTIRE staff truly respects & admires the lovely lady who owns the salon - something I have observed rarely in over 30 years in the business world - and how genuine, down-to-earth, and appreciative each person working there seemed to be. Was most impressed and pleased with the overall experience, and highly recommend M Salon Lake Mary for any service - or, a well-deserved "time out" from the frenetic pace of life! M Salon Lake Mary has succeeded in creating an authentic "retreat" in the epicenter of Lake Mary/Heathrow's busy shopping village.
