MT PLEASANT HOT YOGA offers a wonderfully diverse variety of yoga classes, from our incredibly challenging seven day a week "Kick Your Asana" ninety (or 60) minute class at 105 degrees to "Hot yin-sweat & surrender," a restorative class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes.
