Benji loves muddy creek. Most of staff know him and that’s important. When we first got Benji he had separation anxiety He was given back by 2 families. But he found a home with us. I like how everything is under one roof

My 10 mos. old Lab spent 2nignts at Muddy Creek. The staff were very friendly and genuinely seem to love what they do! Bonnie was well cared for and not stressed when we picked her up. She loves going to the daycare at Muddy Creek. This is the first time she has boarded and it went very well! She will be back!

We are ALWAYS confident in leaving Paton at Muddy creek. Staff is always so willing to answer my many questions and even responded in length to an email I said with questions about how he was doing during a one week boarding stay....and I know how busy you all are! We love the staff, we love Katelyn's training, trust having medical care on site.......it's all unbeatable. I've spread the word to fellow dog owners from our time living in Boxford to now up in Newburyport. We'd never change.....You guys are the best and Paxton loves you! Thank you for what you do.

My dog experienced some tummy issues during his boarding. We were appropriately notified and agreed that he should be seen by the doctor. It was recommended that he go on medication to see if it would help. We asked that a stool sample be obtained before treating him. And requested the medication be stopped until we had a better idea of what was going on. After several phone conversations, the stool sample was never obtained and the medication was not discontinued. We picked our dog up yesterday and he is still experiencing tummy issues despite the medication that was continued for the duration of his stay. Very disappointed in Muddy Creek this time. However, we have only had great experiences with them in the past.
