I was on a cross country road trip when my car suddenly broke down in an unfamiliar town, right in front of this shop. I rolled in right as my engine was dying, in spite of being a horrible circumstance I feel blessed that it happened right in front of this location. As soon as a came in another customer mentioned that I was lucky that I broke down in front of such a good shop, and he was right! Not only was the pricing reasonable, but the service was outstanding. The manager even drove me to a nearby enterprise so I could pick up a rental car. All of the employees took good care of me and made me feel like I was in good hands. I just wish this shop was near me so I could get all of my repairs done here. I live in Northern Virginia where the government has perverted the market such that its nearly impossible to get decent service for a reasonable price; if I ever break down again I hope it's at Muffler Masters.

They did great work, no complaints on that part, but whoever was installing a hitch on my vehicle must have been smoking like a freight train, because the inside of my van stank so bad from the smell of smoke I had to ride around with the windows down & it still didn't go away, I do not smoke & can't stand the smell of it, if I had time I would have taken it back to them & let them figure out how to get the smell out.
