Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of your service. It has been 11 months since my last service since I only drive 2000 miles or so each year. I suspected that belts and filters could need replacing in my 2003 Toyota Camry. I was surprised to some extent that the tires needed replacement and that the struts were bad since these issues were not mentioned in my last visit. Perhaps the tires went bad because the wheels may have been out of alignment for some time. As a customer it helps to mention in advance that there may be some repairs needed in the future, such as the brake pads are wearing down and we may have to replace them next time, and so on. What I plan to do is to come in 6 months from now for a free trip check as you suggested. I want to catch any potential problem, such as abnormal tire wear, soon enough to minimize damage. I am pleased that my 2003 vehicle was not leaking oil or other fluids, especially transmission.
