I lost my glasses during the road trip. I needed them to be able to drive back home to Chicago. I vas very limited with time. I explained them my situation and I had my eye exam and new glasses ready in 1h 45min. Great place, great service.

Broke my glasses frame, thought it was under warranty, got a clear explanation of what was covered and wear and tear is not. Offered me a 50% discount on a replacement, which was very nice and unexpected. I got the exact same frame that I had broken, which was in stock, and was able to use my existing lenses. Grateful to be able to see again! Thank you, Lee Ann.
