I always appreciate how polite, professional and thorough the entire team is. I appreciate the extra quality inspection they perform when someone other than the technician double checks the fluids and makes sure all caps are secured. Thank you. (the car wash is an added benefit!)

The Techs at Mustang Elite are great. They thoroughly check all the fluids. No pressure to sell you a service you don’t want or need. This is the only place I go for oil changes.

I just needed an oil change and had an odd question about my car. I got the full attention of three of your associates. I wasn't expecting to get an answer. Just looking for a little insight before I trade it in. Great group of guys. Even though they were as lost and confused as I am. 2019 Yaris. Feels like it needs an alignment. But the alignment is spot on, new Cooper tires. Everything is tight, balanced. Strange thing is constantly moving to steering wheel to keep the car in a straight line. Still had a good conversation with the crew while waiting on my oil change.

Thanks so much for your business and for sharing your comments. I've had a similar issue with a wheel in the past. Two things can cause this. 1st, you've thrown a weight but since you just had your tires replaced I suspect that's not the issue. The 2nd is your rim has an issue. I had to replace a rim before because it got out of round from hitting a big pot hole on the highway. The vibration drove me crazy. This type of issue is not visible to the naked eye.
