I am sorry but the cut was WAY BELOW our last visit. When told that we were Disney Cast I was told that I was being upgraded, But to WHAT??? The Cut was LONG. My Pet acted funny when I retrieved him.
When I dropped him off I purposely stated that he was my anxiety pet and I was his anxiety owner, that we calmed each other down. I dropped him 30 minutes before his appointment time and stated that I would be waiting in my vehicle and would not drive home. The reception person made it clear that there were 1 animal in front of mine to which I accepted. Over 2 hours later I went into the store, still waiting a telephone, and retrieved my buddy. It is not the same person cutting the hair as before and as previously stated, I don't like it as well and will go to another place the next time time services are needed or are a recommendation is needed. It's not worth the money and the time. I had also sent 2 emails prior, to see about pricing and never did get a firm price email returned.
Hi Bill. Sorry we did not measure up to your standards the last visit Koda was here. Just to inform you, cast members get a free VIP upgrade which usually costs $5 extra. Koda got a free teeth brushing and deep coat conditioning with his groom. We try to do each client as quickly as possible, but can't guarantee a time. When you wait it doesn't make it quicker and you dropped off your pet 30 minutes earlier then the scheduled appointment. Every pet that comes in is important to their owners. We do not rush on any pets groom. You were happy when you left and did not let us know there was a problem. The groomer who did him the last time is no longer with us, and if it wasn't up to your standards, we are only happy to fix it. We didn't notice any problem in his behavior, Koda is a great dogI May I suggest with your anxiety issues a mobile groomer might be something you might want to look into.
