This review is for Dr. Dunning in particular. It can be very stressful and frustrating when your pet is not feeling well, and furthermore when when the reason why is not easily identified. This was the case when I brought my cat Chester into the clinic. An ultrasound, x-ray, and urinalysis later, the exact cause of his trouble urinating was still not 100% determined (expert opinion is symptoms from previous diagnosis of feline idiopathic cystisis). In any case, Dr. Dunning was extremely attentive and took care to go through all the potential causes with us and what to look out for once we brought Chester home. She returned my call promptly when I had some questions a few days later and encouraged us to contact her again if we have further questions. Truly, I believe Dr. Dunning understands how it feels to worry about one's furry family member.
Lastly, as someone on a tight budget, I'm pretty wary when it comes to vet bills and making sure I am aware of what I (will be) paying for. The clinic, including doctors and staff, make an effort to always let you know how much something will be before performing the service/procedure.
