The overall experience was well. For a weekday I was surprised with how busy it was. However, those at the front desk seemed to be rushed or not a friendly as I would have liked, so for a new person that made it a little awkward.
I have the absolute confidence in Crossroads Animal Hospital. They have been with me through many animal care needs and I have always been confident in their prognosis and care.
I know they are expanding their business.........which will be wonderful, but it is a bit harder to go there during their construction phase........however it will be well worth it. They will have so very many areas of care for your pets.....from vet care to grooming and boarding. I have viewed the construction and it is amazing. This will be the vet clinic of the future!!! I will never go to another clinic for my vet needs!!! Kakki Smith
I came in just to get Alice her shots, which a tech could've done easily. However, dr. Howe still came in and said hi and looked her over. He also went out of his way to get me info on feline leukemia.
It was rather intimidating to be there for the first time with construction and then just simply being new with a new puppy. I didn’t feel welcomed with the greeting I received and I don’t recall the vet introducing herself. Maybe she did and I just missed it though. I didn’t have an experience that makes me want to go back but I understand everyone has rough days and maybe that day was one of them for Crossroads bc there are several other great reviews - which is why I choose to make my appt to begin with. No real major complaints just improvements I would have liked to experience.
Dr. Howe and his staff are wonderful! I had a Cockatoo escape from his cage on the way to the vet. He's a rescue and still scares me a bit. Dr. Howe and his staff were kind enough to meet me in the parking lot so I didn't have to worry about him chewing up my Jeep!
