I was absolutely shocked by the quality of care and how thorough the staff were with my puppy. They also took great care to take the time to explain to me all of his needs for vaccinations and medications.

Every staff member at Crossroads is genuinely concerned about each animal they care for. They are friendly and helpful and are excellent with the animals. The pet resort does a wonderful job as well.

We had come in with the expectation of a grooming visit and maybe considering switching from our other vet at some point later on. By the time we were in the exam room, we had already decided to switch all of our pets over here ASAP. The office staff were all so friendly and welcoming (including Hook!). The vet tech Jodi and Dr. Whitmer were very knowledgeable and their kindness put our kitty Bella Luna at ease. We are so glad to have found Crossroads.

I was greeted by name as I walked in the front door. The wait time for my dog's appointment was minimal. Vet Tech, Jenni, and Dr. Howe recognized my dog by name, even though she hasn't been to Crossroads since her last Wellness Exam, one year ago. Dr. Howe did a thorough Wellness Exam and administered a Bordetella vaccine. One of my strongest recommendations is that my dog is excited to arrive at Crossroads, she wants to enter the front door, and she has a positive experience with Dr. Howe and the staff at Crossroads. I highly recommend Dr. Howe and Crossroads Animal Hospital. My family has entrusted Crossroads for the care of our dogs, cats, and a chicken for the past 25+ years.
