I really enjoyed the care and attention that the staff gave, however I felt like I was misled. The staff said they could help me with trying out contacts, and were eager to have me come in and help me out. Not once was it mentioned that the "contact fitting" would cost $80+ ($60 with insurance). I was under the impression that it was a regular office visit and was going to have the standard $10 copay.
Afterwards, I realized why the staff kept saying "See, isn't this better than watching a YouTube video?" It was to convince me that the price I was about to pay was worth it.
I am not happy with this experience. Please be more clear about services that cost more than the $10 office visit copay. I felt less like a valued customer, and more like a valued wallet
