as I was waiting for my eye appointment I asked to see Ray-Ban sunglass frames. They didn't carry the style I was looking for so they offered to order the frames and would call when they came in. Never received the call. 6-weeks later, I check-in to see what the status is. "Oh I haven't forgotten about you. I'll check with the distributor and will call when the frames come in." No communication.
I'm very satisfied with the $400 Ray-Bans I bought from the eye-care specialists a few blocks north on A-1A and have transferred my eye-care to them as well.
